Apollo 50: Go For The Moon

In 2019, 59 Studio commissioned me to create an animated sequence for the large-scale projection mapped onto the Washington Monument as part of the Apollo 50 celebrations.

Created to mark the 50th anniversary of the Apollo moon landing, the show transformed one of the world’s most recognisable landmarks into an immersive tribute to space exploration. Contributing to a project of this scale and significance was an extraordinary experience — and remains a career highlight.

The section I animated can be seen in the video above from around 03:00 to 10:00.
