A particle animation I created in 3DS Max and Chaos Phoenix for use across CMCs "Alpha" ad campaign. I started by simulating a turbulent water surface, slowing it down and then rendering as points rather than a solid mesh. Took a while to work this one out, but lots learned in the process.
Here is the first usage of the animation in the wild!
